No Return Policy

At Amber Archives Collectibles LLC, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any products. 

Exception:

We will only accept returns or provide replacements for items that are damaged during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us through the contact form on the website within 7 days of receiving your order with the following information:

• A photo of the damaged item(s)
• Your order number
• A brief description of the damage
  

Note:

We are unable to process returns or refunds for any other reason, including change of mind or ordering the wrong item.
